Instructor:
Melissa Archer first fell in love with hip-hop dance at the age of nine. Throughout the past thirteen years she has studied under many well-known Philadelphia dancers. She received a minor in dance from Temple University and was a dancer for Temple’s hip-hop and reggae company, By Any Means Necessary. Melissa’s choreography encompasses a variety of styles ranging from locking and breakin’ to more contemporary forms of hip-hop. As a dance instructor, Melissa aims to pass on her knowledge of authentic hip-hop dance and create a fun experience for beginner dancers.
